Decreto Supremo N° 011-2007- PRODUCE – Tiene por objetivos el promover la explotación racional de los recursos jurel y caballa, la protección del ecosistema marino y la preservación de la biodiversidad en concordancia con los principios y normas de la Ley General de Pesca y disposiciones complementarias, y también de contribuir a la diversificación y desarrollo de la pesca como fuente de alimentación, empleo y divisas.

Reglamento de Ordenamiento Pesquero y Acuícola para la Cuenca del Lago Titicaca.

Decreto Supremo N° 023-2008-PRODUCE – El objetivo del Reglamento es establecer las bases para el aprovechamiento racional y sostenible de los recursos hidrobiológicos, y para el desarrollo de la pesquería y de las actividades acuícolas en la cuenca del Lago Titicaca, de acuerdo a los principios del Código de Conducta para la Pesca Responsable, así como la preservación de los ecosistemas y de la diversidad biológica.

Objetivo del Reglamento es también establecer el marco normativo, adaptado a la realidad de la cuenca del Lago Titicaca, con la finalidad de lograr un equilibrio dinámico entre el crecimiento económico, el fomento de las inversiones y la conservación de los recursos, incluyendo la protección del ambiente y de la diversidad biológica.

Decreto Supremo N° 015- 2009-PRODUCE – Tiene por objetivo establecer las bases para el aprovechamiento racional y sostenible de los recursos hidrobiológicos y el desarrollo de la pesquería amazónica, de acuerdo a los principios del Código de Conducta para la Pesca Responsable, la preservación de los ecosistemas y de la diversidad biológica, y garantizar el equilibrio dinámico entre el crecimiento económico, el fomento de las inversiones y la conservación de los recursos, incluyendo la protección del ambiente y de la diversidad biológica.
