1. Resumen

Entre las dificultades que enfrentan estudiantes de postgrado y profesionales de la salud, para realizar una investigación encontramos una visión parcelada, reduccionista del aspecto o realidad a investigar, así como también la inconsistencia teórica para conceptualizar adecuadamente lo que se quiere conocer o investigar, a esta situación también se le suman las prácticas muchas veces inconsciente de la actividad investigativa, y una visión esquemática plena de "prejuicios", "convenciones" y "apreciaciones" lo que se constituye en un bloqueo mental para acceder al nuevo conocimiento.

En mi experiencia en la docencia de postgrado, los aspirantes en investigación están llenos de inmediatez, la apariencia del fenómeno los domina de tal forma que el quehacer investigativo que se les hace difícil en los primeros momentos.

Identificar los momentos, los elementos que constituyen el objeto de estudio se traduce en una dificultad por el desconocimiento de las características de la realidad desde el punto de vista de la Epistemología.

Otra de las dificultades, desde el punto de vista docente, que tienen los investigadores tesistas se refiere a la elaboración de la revisión bibliográfica en cuya selección, en muchos casos, domina la visión o perspectiva sesgada del investigador, por lo que la revisión teórica no está centrada el objeto de estudio. Las complicaciones, los enrredos, las dudas, en la mayoría de los casos provienen de un desconocimiento de las fuentes del saber filosófico y de otras fuentes del saber o del conocimiento que deben alimentar a la persona que intente descubrir y responder a las preguntas en el plano existencial, universal y filosófico.

Este trabajo presenta una perspectiva o enfoque cualitativo como opción válida en la investigación en salud, con el fin de contribuir a la formación metodológica de los estudiantes de postgrado, por que intentaremos desarrollar y responder a la pregunta: ¿Qué es la investigación? Para unos, "un proceso", para otros un "esquema" y para los demás un "problema".

El hecho de haber trabajado con tesistas profesores y estudiantes me ha llevado a profundizar en algunos aspectos teóricos y técnicos, buscando presentar a la investigación como un proceso humano-reflexivo, el cual se debe disfrutar sin complicaciones.

Among The difficulties of students in post-graduated studies and professional in the health care face to carry out a research we find a comprtmentalized vision, reducing the aspect or reality to research, as well as the theorical inconsistency to conceptualize what is wanted to know o tu research, appropriately to this situation is also added the you practice many times inconsistencies of the research activity, a full schematic vision of "prejudices", "conventions" and appreciations" what is constituted in a mental block to access the new knowledge.

Im my experience as professor of post-graduated studies, the applicants in research are full with immediacy, the appearance of the phenomenon dominates them in such a way that the work of research is made difficult in the first times.

To identify the moments, the elements that constitute the object of study are translated in a difficulty by the ignorance of the characteristics of the reality from the point of view of the Epistemology.

Other difficulties are, from the educational point of view, is that the researchers refer to the elaboration of the bibliographical revision in whose selection, in many cases, dominates the investigator’s vision ò produeces a slanted perspective, from that the theorical review is not centrered in the object of study.

The complications, the lack of focus, the doubts, in most of the cases come from an ignorance of the sources of the philoophical knowledge and of other sources of it, or the knowledge that should feed the person that tries to discover and respond to the questions in the existential, universal and philosophical plane.

Does this work present a perspective ò it focuses qualitative as option been worth in the research in health, with the purpose of contributng to the methodological formation of the graduate degree students, for what we will try to develop an to respond to the question What is a research or investigation? For some it is a process, for others a method for the rest a problem.

The fact of having worked with research professors and students has taken me further in some theoretical and technical aspects, looking to present the research or investigation like a human reflexive process, which one should enjoy without complications.
