Comparación en eficiencia y calidad de servicio

Resumen

Introducción: La importancia del consumo de los combustibles derivados de la biomasa forestal ha sido ampliamente manifestada en diversos estudios, documentos y reuniones de carácter nacional como internacional. Algunos de ellos analizan el tema de una manera muy genérica y cualitativa; otros se concentran en aspectos específicos de realidades muchas veces locales. A menudo, a partir de estos estudios se elaboran generalizaciones que, en muchos casos, no se ajustan a la realidad.

Objetivo: Comparar y determinar entre los grifos Texas y Pecsa, las diferencias y deficiencias que se pueden presentar a la hora de prestar el servicio; para proponer alternativas de solución al grifo Texas.

Material y método: Nuestro trabajo es un estudio inferencial puro, para lo cual hemos utilizado como instrumento de recolección de datos, una encuesta tipo cuestionario, en donde hemos aplicado preguntas abiertas, cerradas y de elección múltiple, para poder dar viabilidad a la elaboración de cuadros estadísticos e interpretación de los mismos.

Resultados: El grifo Pecsa cuenta con mayores ingresos debido a que cuenta con el servicio de GLP, dado que el Grifo Texas pondrá su servicio de GLP, dando como resultados que el 82% de clientes de l Grifo Texas no sabe sobre esta información, lo cual manifiesta que no tiene una buena publicidad; los clientes del grifo Pecsa un 70% no sabe que le grifo Texas pondrá el servicio de GLP; estos porcentajes representan una deficiencia en publicidad.

El 24.6% utiliza el petróleo como combustible y el 75.4% utiliza gasolina, la mayoría de los que consumen de 30 soles a 50 soles utilizan gasolina como combustible, la mayoría de los que vienen siempre y casi siempre recomiendan que el grifo haga promociones y sorteos.

149 de los encuestados del Grifo Pecsa se cambiaria de grifo de los cuales el 60% viene casi siempre.

ABSTRACT

Introduction: The importance of the consumption of the fuels derived from the forest biomass has been widely demonstrated in diverse studies, documents and meetings of national as(like) international character. Some of them analyze the topic of a very generic and qualitative way; others center in specific aspects of realities often local. Often, from these studies there are elaborated generalizations that, in many cases, do not adjust to the reality.

I target: To compare and to determine between(among) the faucets Texas and Pecsa, the differences and deficiencies(faults) that they can present at the moment of giving the service; to propose alternatives of solution to the faucet Texas.

Material and method: Our work is a study inferencial purely, for which we have used as instrument of compilation of information, one polls type questionnaire, where we have applied opened, closed questions and of multiple choice(election), to be able to give viability to the production(elaboration) of statistical pictures and interpretation of the same ones.

Results: The faucet Pecsa possesses(relies on) major income due to the fact that it(he,she) possesses(relies on) GLP's service, provided that the Faucet Texas will put his(her,your) GLP's service, giving as results that 82 % of clients of l Faucet Texas does not know on this information, which demonstrates that it(he,she) does not have a good advertising; the clients of the faucet Pecsa 70 % does not know that faucet Texas will put GLP's service; these percentages represent a deficiency(fault) in advertising.
